Shipping & Returns

You can shop with confidence knowing Floral Home Decor has a no questions asked 14 day return policy (14 days from the date your order is delivered). 

If you are unhappy with your purchase, excluding custom work, for any reason you may return your purchase for a full refund less our original, direct shipping costs. 

If you ordered a custom design and return privileges were granted, there is a 25% re-stocking fee. Images of custom work are sent to be sure it is  the design you would like.

Returns  received without an RMA will be refused and no credit will be issued, no exceptions.

Items must be in the same condition as when they were shipped. They must be packaged exactly like you received them - the vases should  be wrapped in the bubble wrap provided, paper and foam, placed back into inner box to protect the vase, the design should be tied into the box and the inner box fastened down inside the outer box in some way so there is no damage of the design when it is returned. No credit will be given for damaged returns.

Directions for Returns

E-mail us at to initiate your return. We will provide you with an RMA number (Return Merchandise Authorization number). Please do NOT call us to acquire your RMA number as our telephone agents are not trained to handle return authorizations.

Please note: To be accepted for return, items  must be in their original purchase condition, they must be 100% sale-able and include original product packaging and all accessories. 

Items purchased as part of  a set or multi-item pack may not be returned individually.

You must include a note with your name, address, phone number and RMA number.

Your credit card will be credited with a full refund, less our original shipping costs, once we receive the  returned merchandise and after it has been properly inspected and approved as re-salable. You are responsible for all return shipping fees except in cases of exchanges, subject to our Exchanges policy.


What address do I send my returned items to?

You will receive the return shipping address in the instructions when you obtain your RMA number. It is your responsibility to take the boxes to Fedex, UPS, or USPS


When will my credit card be credited? 

Once your return has been received and accepted, Floral Home Decor will issue a credit to your credit card. Please allow one to two billing cycles for your credit to appear on your statement.

Will Floral Home Decor pay for return shipping? 

No. Return shipping is at your expense, using the carrier of your choice. We  recommend that you use a carrier that provides a way to track your return shipment. We also recommend that you insure your return shipment against shipping damage or loss.

If your package was damaged in transit, please contact the carrier or refuse the delivery.

Please email or call our office before returning your package.  You must obtain an RMA # and return you item(s) within 30 days of receipt of your order.

If your order is out of stock we will let you know what the estimated waiting  time will be. Some of the silks we feature are made to order and can take up to  4-6 weeks to arrive at our warehouse, but in many cases you will only have to wait an extra day or two.  You are welcome to check the availability of any item by emailing us. Please include the item name.
